Why are the three tissues (thermal, ground, vascualr) so important to the cell?

Dermal tissue covers the outside of a plant like a skin and protects it. Ground tissue provides a lot of support. Finally, vascular tissues transport minerals, nutrients, and etc.

its important because it coats, waterproofs, and protects the above-ground parts of plants :D

The role of the cuticle is being outer surface of the layer and has a thin waxy covering.

How do all three tissues work together to help the plant(prevent water loss, water gain, etc.)?

What are the two layers that the Mesophyll can be divided into? And what is the primary photosynthetic organ of the plant.

the two layers are divided into the palisade layer and the spongy layer. the primary photosynthesis organ of the plant is the leaf.
